you can make these glowing beauties yourself — no professional training needed. just tape LED lights to batteries & magnets. (so they stick to metal!)
throw ‘em at street signs! throw ‘em at lamp posts! throw ‘em at your friend while she’s holding a metal trashcan lid as a shield!
